Today we have two photos of Norwegian troops that were for sale on ebay. They show the troops training on Cruden Bay Beach. The year was 1941 which of course was the early part of WWII. The troops were stationed at the former LNER Hotel at the Golf Course, which was also used as a Military Hospital during WWII.
