Track 19: The Earl Of Buchan’s Road

An original composition celebrating the deep historical links between Cruden Bay and Châtillon-sur-Indre. Inspired by the life of John Stewart, Earl of Buchan, it reflects both the shared medieval past and the modern friendship symbolised by the twinning of the two communities. Track 20: The Ballad of the Frederick Solomon

In January 1919, within the space of 2 short days, 2 ships were wrecked off Cruden Bay, the first of which was the S.S. Frederick Snowdon. Everu 1 of the 14 men on board were lost. This original composition remembers them. [lyrics]  [Download Track]
