Port Erroll Police Station

Obviously Port Erroll had a Police Station prior to the one opposite St Olaf. 1st photo, This is an advert for Tenders regarding work on plans for the New Police Station which could be seen at Police Station, Port Erroll. Does anyone know where the Old Police Station was located?
The upper photo, This is the New Police Station on Aulton Road when not long built.
The building to the left in the photo is my Parents Shop in Station Road when it was Simmers of Hatton Tearoom.

Don’t think there was a dedicated Police Station before this one, the police constable just used the accommodation he was living in at the time.

when I came to Cruden Bay 50 years ago, Kenny Duguid was the policeman. He and his wife Janet were a great asset. Kenny ran the junior football team and Janet joined in activities in the community.

when we bought burnside cottage we were told it was the old Police station when we moved out I told the knew owners to look in the basement where they kept prisoners
