We meet every Wednesday at 6.00 pm in Longhaven Community Hall, AB42 ONU. Whilst all equipment and clear instruction is provided, you do need to come with a sense of humour! The group is a mixture of cardio, circuits & boxercise. Each session is slightly different, ensuring a full body workout and avoiding boredom or repetition! The target audience is 18+ adults wanting to improve their fitness and quality of life. Beginners especially welcome.

The sessions combine cardio, circuit training, and boxercise to provide a comprehensive full-body workout. All necessary equipment and clear instructions are provided, ensuring participants can engage safely and effectively. The group meets every Wednesday at 6:00 PM. During the warmer months, sessions are held outdoors at Mill Park, Station Road, Cruden Bay. In the autumn and winter, the group moves indoors to Longhaven Public Hall.
This initiative not only promotes physical health but also fosters community spirit, making it a valuable addition to local wellness activities.
